What purity standard do you guarantee?
Every batch will be tested by an independent third-party lab (HPLC and mass spectrometry) before release, and its Certificate of Analysis will be published in our COA Library. We are preparing our first release now.
Are these products legal to purchase?
Yes — all compounds are sold strictly for in-vitro research use and are legal to purchase in the United States for that purpose. They are not approved for human or veterinary use and may not be administered to humans or animals.
How should I store lyophilized compounds?
Store unopened lyophilized vials at -20°C for long-term stability (12+ months). Once reconstituted, refrigerate at 2-8°C and use within 14-21 days for optimal integrity.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis for every lot?
Yes. Each batch's third-party HPLC and mass-spec report will be published in our COA Library when that batch is released. No batch will ship without documentation.
How fast do orders ship and which carriers do you use?
Domestic US orders ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground (2-4 business days after dispatch). Tracking is emailed automatically. Free shipping on orders over $250.
What is your refund and reshipment policy?
If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or fails our purity guarantee on independent testing, we will reship or refund in full within 30 days of delivery. Email support@mythicresearch.com with your order number to start a claim.
