These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mythic Research LLC, a California limited liability company ("Mythic Research," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply when you visit this website, create an account, join our launch list, or request or purchase products from us. By using the website or ordering from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must be at least 21 years old to use this website or purchase from us. By using the website you confirm that you are at least 21 and that you are a qualified researcher, or are acting on behalf of a qualified research organization.

All products sold by Mythic Research are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and they have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Products are not for human or veterinary use, and must not be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or introduced into humans or animals in any way.

You are responsible for handling, storing and using products safely, by properly trained personnel, and in compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you. We may refuse or cancel any order, or close any account, if we believe products may be used in a way that is inconsistent with these Terms.

Product names, descriptions and specifications on this website are provided for research reference only. Nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim that any product treats, cures or prevents any condition.

When a batch is released, its third-party Certificate of Analysis will be published in our COA Library. We work to keep product information accurate, but errors can occur. We may correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Orders are currently placed by email or phone. Submitting an order request does not create a binding sale. An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing, including the final price, payment method and expected shipping timeline.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time before we confirm your order. We may limit quantities, decline orders, or cancel orders, including when a product is unavailable or a listing contains an error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid for that order.

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. Shipping methods, delivery estimates and our refund and replacement coverage are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate information when you create an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Please contact us right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Mythic Rewards is an optional loyalty program for account holders. Points and tier benefits are described on the Rewards page. Points have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and are not property of the account holder. Points earned on orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned may be removed. We may change, suspend or end the program, or its benefits, at any time, and we may remove points obtained through error, fraud or misuse.

If you join our launch list, you agree that we may email you about product releases and company updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us. We will still send emails related to any orders or accounts you have with us.

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfering with its operation, scraping it with automated tools, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The website and its content, including the Mythic Research name and logo, text, images, product photography and design, are owned by or licensed to Mythic Research and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except as expressly stated in our Shipping & Returns policy, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mythic Research and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mythic Research and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of any product, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the website or our products will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply from that date forward; they do not affect orders we confirmed before the change. Continuing to use the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
